A ceiling panel assembly comprises a ceiling panel and a clip bar. The ceiling panel comprises: a panel main body which forms a ceiling surface; and an engagement flange which is bent upwards along a soft part of the panel main body and has a plurality of latching units, perforated and bent with a gap in a length direction. The clip bar comprises: a clip bar main body which is fixed to be extended in parallel with the ceiling surface; and a pair of flange holding units which are formed in one body with the clip bar main body, have a latching hole, through which the latching unit penetrates to latch, and engages with and holds the engagement flange using the latching hole. The ceiling panel assembly rigidly holds the ceiling panel in all directions.
천장패널조립체는 천장면을 형성하는 패널본체와 페널본체의 연부를 따라 상방으로 절곡되며 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 절취절곡되어 형성된 복수의 걸림부를 갖는 물림플랜지로 이루어진 천장패널 및 천장면에 평행하게 연장되도록 고정되는 클립바아본체와 클립바아본체와 일체로 형성되며 걸림부가 관통하여 걸리는 걸림공을 가지고 물림플랜지를 물림파지하는 한 쌍의 플랜지파지부를 갖는 클립바아를 포함한다.
