METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RUBBER TERRAZZO USING CRUSHED CHIP AND RUBBER TERRAZZO MANUFACTURED BY THIS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing rubber terrazzo using rubber chips of various sizes, colors and shapes and, more specifically, to provide a method for manufacturing rubber terrazzo capable of replicating an atypical surface pattern of a terrazzo tile made of chips of marble. To this end, the method for manufacturing rubber terrazzo using rubber chips of the present invention comprises: 1) a step for preparing rubber chips having different sizes, colors and shapes; 2) mixing the rubber chips prepared in step 1; 3) mixing an auxiliary material into the rubber chips mixed in step 2; and 4) a step for heat-pressing and forming the rubber chips mixed with the auxiliary material in step 3.
본 발명은, 고무칩을 이용한 고무 테라조의 제조방법으로서, 서로 다른 크기와 색상 및 형태를 가지는 고무칩을 준비하는 단계; 상기 준비단계에서 준비된 고무칩을 믹싱하는 단계; 상기 믹싱단계에서 믹싱된 고무칩에 보조재를 혼입하는 단계; 상기 혼입단계에서 보조재가 혼입된 고무칩을 열 가압하는 성형단계;를 특징으로 한다.
