The present invention relates to a cement clinker milling additive composition used when cement is milled, which increases strength of the cement. According to the present invention, the cement clinker milling additive composition comprises, in addition to a compound of a chemical formula 1, N,N-bis (2-hydroxypropyl) ethanolamine, triethanolamine, triethylene glycol, and glycerol, wherein each of A, B, and C is an ethyl or methyl group, D is CH_2CH_2OH or CHOHCH_3, and Si and D represent partial polarity.
