The present invention relates to a modular house which has an improved structure to link a roof panel and a post to each other to be folded. The modular house with an improved structure comprises: a base panel; both side panels, a front/rear panel, a roof panel, a post provided on a corner of the roof panel and divided into an upper and a lower frame to be folded, and a moving means to fold the upper and lower frames of the post to have a structure in which the panels are stacked. For the moving means, a gear engagement method of using the torque of the upper and lower frames of the post to move the lower frame to the left and right, and a hydraulic or a pneumatic method of using a hydraulic or a pneumatic pressure to move the lower frame to the left and right are used. Accordingly, the present invention facilitates stacking work for stacking the roof panel on the upper surface of the base panel to improve workability and can prevent accidents.
본 발명은 루프 패널과 포스트가 서로 연동되어 절첩가능하도록 그 구조가 개량된 모듈러 하우스에 관한 것으로, 그 구성 은 베이스 패널, 양측 사이드 패널, 전면/후면 패널, 루프 패널, 루프 패널의 모서리부에 상,하부 프레임으로 구분되어 상호 절첩가능한 포스트를 구비하며, 그 포스트의 상,하부 프레임을 절첩시키기 위한 이동수단을 구비하여 각 패널들을 적층시 키는 구조로 되어 있다. 그 이동수단은 포스트의 상,하부 프레임을 회전력을 이용하여 하부 프레임을 좌우로 이동시키는 기어 치합방식과, 유압 또는 공압을 이용하여 하부 프레임을 좌,우로 이동시키는 유압 또는 공압식이 있다. 이에 따르면 본 발명은 루프 패널을 베이스 패널의 상측면에 적층시키는 적층작업이 용이해져 작업성이 향상될 뿐만 아 니라, 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.
