The present invention relates to an angle valve for connecting a faucet and a water supply pipe having a free rotation structure, which can improve the convenience of use. According to the present invention, a connection pipe (20) is fastened to a water supply pipe (1), and a flow path (W) communicating with a water outlet (12) is opened or closed by rotation of a valve handle (11). In addition, an adapter pipe (30) is assembled to the connection pipe (20) to fasten the water supply pipe (1) and the adapter pipe (30).
본 발명은 자유 회전 구조를 갖춘 수전과 급수관 연결용 앵글 밸브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수전과 냉,온수 급수관에 장착되는 앵글 밸브의 조립부 형상을 변경하여, 상기 급수관과 밸브의 체결 후에도 앵글 밸브의 위치를 360ㅀ 자유 회전이 가능하면서도 누수를 방지할 수 있도록 함으로서 사용의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 급수관(1)에 연결관(20)을 체결시키고, 밸브손잡이(11)의 회전으로 출수구(12)와 연통된 유로(W)를 개방 또는 폐쇄시키도록 구성한 앵글 밸브(10)에 있어서; 상기 앵글 밸브(10)는, 연결관(20)에 어댑터관(30)을 조립시켜 상기 급수관(1)과 어댑터관(30)을 체결하되, 상기 어댑터관(30)은, 연결관(20)이 조립되는 일측에서 타측 방향으로 패킹밀착면(32)과 돌출된 어댑터걸림부(33) 및 단턱진 확관끼움부(34)가 연속 형성되고, 상기 연결관(20)은, 선단 일측에서 타측방향으로 어댑터걸림부(33)에 대응하는 연결확관부(21)와 부싱끼움홈(22) 및 걸림부끼움축(23)과 패킹장착부(24)가 연속해서 단턱지게 형성되며, 상기 어댑터관(30)의 확관끼움부(34)에 연결관(20)의 연결확관부(21)가 위치되게 조립하고, 상기 어댑터관(30)의 타측 방향에서 첨탑형상의 타격면(51)을 갖는 타격공구(50)를 삽입시켜 상기 연결확관부(21)의 선단 내경을 타격해 어댑터걸림부(33)의 내경지름 보다 연결확관부(21)의 외경지름을 더 크게 확관 성형시켜, 어댑터관(30)과 연결관(20)이 조립되도록 구성한다.
