The objective of the present invention is to provide a door stay for painting a vehicle that can maintain the open/closed state of a door more firmly by fixing a stay to a vehicle by elasticity, can maintain the elasticity even after long-term use, and can also increase durability due to the integrally formed body. To this end, a door stay for painting a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a door-side fixing part connected to a vehicle door and fixing the door; and a vehicle-side fixing part connected to a vehicle and fixing a door, thereby allowing the door to selectively maintain the open/closed state. The door-side fixing part includes: a door support plate; a door fixing member supporting the door-side fixing part so as not to fall out by elasticity; and a door-side fixing part body adapted to extend from the door support plate and supporting the vehicle-side fixing part, thereby enabling the vehicle-side fixing part to be drawn in and drawn out. The vehicle-side fixing part includes: a vehicle fixing member bolted and fastened to a hinge fixing hole and supporting the vehicle side; a pivot axis; and a fixing part support bar provided in the form of a bar, drawn in or drawn out toward the door-side fixing part, and supporting the open/closed state of the door.
본 발명은 차량 제작 과정에서 차량의 프레임 및 외부를 도색할 때, 도색이 고르게 되도록 도어를 개방한 상태로 유지하거나 차량 내측의 도색이 완료되면 도어를 닫힌 상태로 유지하여 차량의 외측을 정교하게 도색할 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 하나의 판재를 절곡 및 용접하여 효율적인 제작이 가능하고, 탄성에 의해 고정 상태를 유지하면서 도어 개방 상태 및 닫힘 상태의 전환을 용이하게 수행할 수 있게 됨과 아울러, 장기간 사용하여도 탄성을 유지할 수 있는 차량 도색용 도어 스테이에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 차량 도색용 도어 스테이는 차량의 도어 측에 연결되어 도어를 고정하는 도어 측 고정부와, 차량 측에 연결되어 도어가 개폐 상태를 선택적으로 유지하도록 고정하는 차량 측 고정부를 포함함에 있어서, 상기 도어 측 고정부는 도어의 지지되는 면에 위치되어 도어를 평면 지지하는 도어 지지판과, 상기 도어 지지판에서 차량의 도어에 형성되는 힌지 연결홀 측에 삽입되면서 탄성에 의해 도어 측 고정부가 빠지지 않도록 지지하는 도어 고정부재 및 상기 도어 지지판에서 연장되게 구비되어, 차량 측 고정부가 인출입 가능하도록 지지하는 도어측 고정부 몸체를 포함하고, 상기 차량 측 고정부는 차량의 힌지 고정홀에 볼트 체결되어 차량 측을 지지하는 차량 고정부재와, 도어의 힌지 회동에 따라 차량 고정부재가 차량을 지지한 상태를 유지하도록 회동 지지하는 회동축 및 상기 차량 고정부재에 회동축으로부터 도어 측 고정부 측으로 연장되는 바 형태로 구비되어 도어의 개폐 상태에 따라 도어 측 고정부 측으로 인입, 또는 인출되며 도어의 개폐 상태를 지지하는 고정부 지지바를 포함한다.
