PENT ROOF MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR AWNING AND TENT
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an awning screen for an awning and a tent and an awning using the same. More specifically, in order to manufacture an awning screen (tent fabric) having excellent waterproofness, light resistance, printability, and color resolution, the method includes: a weaving step (S100) of weaving a primary fabric (100) with weft and warp made of a white or transparent polyester or polypropylene material; a first-side coating step (S200) of forming a waterproof coating layer (200) by applying and drying a pigment binder, which manifests a specific color by containing a pigment and has waterproofness and light resistance by containing additives, to a first side (110) of the primary fabric (100); and a second coating step (S300) of forming a secondary fabric (300) by forming a waterproof coating layer (200) by applying and drying a pigment binder, which manifests a specific color by containing a pigment and has waterproofness and light resistance by containing additives, to a second side (120) which is the rear side of the first side (110). The pigment binder includes: 20 to 50 wt% of first polyurethane resin; 5 to 10 wt% of second polyurethane resin; 5 to 10 wt% of third polyurethane resin; 10 to 20 wt% of toluene; 10 to 20 wt% of methyl-ethyl ketone (MEK); 5 to 10 wt% of the pigment; and 1 to 5 wt% of additives. The warp is general yarn which is 300 to 600 deniers and the weft is general yarn which is 300 to 600 deniers, and the primary fabric (110) is woven with the warp and the weft.
본 발명은 어닝 및 천막용 차양막 제조방법 및 이를 이용하는 어닝에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 방수성과 내광성, 인쇄성 및 색상해상도가 우수한 차양막(천막지)을 제조하도록 흰색 또는 투명한 폴리에스터나 폴리프로펠렌 소재의 경사와 위사로 제 1 차 원단(100)을 직조하는 직조 단계(S100);와 피그먼트 안료가 함유되어 특정 색상을 나타내고 첨가제가 함유되어 방수성과 내광성을 갖도록 하는 피그먼트 바인더를 상기 제 1 차 원단(100)의 제 1 면(110)에 도포하고 건조시켜 방수코팅층(200)을 형성하는 제 1 면 코팅 단계(S200); 및 피그먼트 안료가 함유되어 특정 색상을 나타내고 첨가제가 함유되어 방수성과 내광성을 갖도록 하는 피그먼트 바인더를 상기 제 1 면(110)의 이면인 제 2 면(120)에 도포하고 건조시켜 방수코팅층(200)을 형성하여 제 2 차 원단(300)을 형성하는 제 2 코팅 단계(S300);를 포함하되, 상기 피그먼트 바인더는 제 1 폴리우레탄 수지 20 내지 50중량 %, 제 2 폴리우레탄 수지 5 내지 10중량%, 제 3 폴리우레탄 수지 5 내지 10중량%, 톨루엔 10 내지 20중량%, 메틸에틸케톤(MEK) 10 내지 20중량%, 안료 5 내지 10중량% 및 첨가제 1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하여 구비되며, 상기 경사는 300 내지 600 데니아로 상기 위사는 300 내지 600 데니아의 일반사로 상기 제 1 차 원단(110)을 직조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어닝 및 천막용 차양막 제조방법과 이를 이용하는 어닝을 제공하기 위한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an awning screen for an awning and a tent and an awning using the same.
