The present invention relates to a support steel cross-arm adapter for live wire work. More specifically, the present invention is invented to maintain the installation state of the support steel cross-arm stably and closely in a support holder that is provided on an end of a work vehicle in process of transmission and distribution wiring construction, such as replacement of steel cross-arm of a pin type electric pole, LP replacement, and wire movement of an extra-high voltage distribution line in a live wire state. A configuration according to the present invention includes: a body (10) including a rectangular hole (14) that is provided vertically inward by connecting vertical plates (11), which has a window (12) pierced thereto, on front, rear, left, and right sides in a rectangular frame shape, and guiding a vertical bar (6) of a support iron cross-arm (5), in which wire fixing holders are installed, so as to penetrate therethrough; guide rollers (20) installed via shafts to be rotatable at positions of the window (12) perforated in the vertical plates (11) of the body (10); an elastic member (30) having one end fixed to the vertical plate (11) of the body (10) in the shape of a plate with a certain thickness and having an elastic force and a contact position adjusted through an adjustment bolt (31); and a stopper (40) installed slidably along a guide groove (13) that is provided in a "reverse-L" shape at an upper end of the vertical plate (11) of the body (10), and elastically supported by a spring (41).
본 발명은 활선 작업용 보조완철의 어댑터에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 활선상태의 특고압 배전선로의 핀장주 완철 교체, LP교체, 전선이동 등 송배전 가선 공사과정에서 보조완철을 작업차의 단부에 마련된 지지홀더에 안정적이고 긴밀하게 설치상태를 유지할 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 구성은, 창(12)이 뚫어지는 수직판(11)들이 전후 좌우 사각 틀체형상으로 연결되어 내부로 수직하게 사각홀(14)이 마련되고, 이 사각홀(14)을 통해 전선 고정홀더들이 설치되는 보조완철(5)의 수직바(6)가 관통되도록 안내하는 몸체(10)와, 상기 몸체(10)의 수직판(11)들에 뚫어지는 창(12)의 위치로 회전 자유롭게 축 설치되는 안내롤러(20)들과, 일정두께의 판 형상으로 상기 몸체(10)의 수직판(11)에 일단이 고정되고 조절볼트(31)를 통해 탄성력과 접촉 위치가 조절되는 탄성부재(30)와, 상기 몸체(10)의 수직판(11) 상단부에 "┙" 형상으로 마련된 안내홈(13)을 따라 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 스프링(41)으로 탄력 지지되는 스토퍼(40)가 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
