The present invention relates to an automatic drop seal, which allows sealing members (91), installed on the edge of a door (1) in up, down, right, and left directions, to all protrude to the space between the door (1) and a door frame (2), which is present on up, down, right, and left sides, by an operating button (31) of the automatic drop seal mounted on the door (1) after the door (1) is completely closed, to seal the space between the door (1) and the door frame (2), thereby effectively blocking heat and sound. The automatic drop seal comprises: a housing (9) which includes a time delay device (3) for delaying a predetermined time so that the automatic drop seal can operate immediately after the door (1) is completely closed on the door frame (2), direction changing devices (5) installed at corners, respectively, to change the directions of up, down, left, and right iron bars (4) by interlocking with the iron bars (4) moving through the time delay device (3), pressing members (8), slide members (6), and constant pressure holding members (7) interacting with each other by movement of small iron bars (10) acting in conjunction with the iron bars (4) moving in different directions through the direction changing devices (5), and is provided so that the distribution of force occurs in two places by these members, to press the two places with an appropriate force even if the distance between the door (1) and the door frame (2) is not constant; and a sealing member (91) installed outside the housing (9), having pointed tips and widening on both sides thereof, and widened to contact the door frame (2).

본 발명은 도어(1)와 도어틀(2) 사이의 공간이 상하 좌우 모두 존재하며 이 모든 공간의 틈을 도어(1)가 완전히 닫힌 후 상기 도어(1)에 장착된 오토드롭씰의 작동버튼(31)이 도어틀(2)에 의해 작동되어 도어(1)의 상하좌우 모든 방향의 가장자리에 설치된 씰링부재(91)가 동시에 모두 돌출되어 도어(1)와 도어틀(2) 사이의 공간을 모두 밀봉함으로써 열과 음을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 오토드롭씰에 관한 것으로서 도어(1)가 도어틀(2)에 완전히 닫혀진 직후 오토드롭씰이 작동할 수 있도록 일정시간을 지연시키는 시간지연장치(3)와, 상기 시간지연장치(3)를 거쳐 움직이는 쇠막대(4)에 의해 연동하여 상하좌우 각각의 쇠막대(4)의 방향을 바꿔줄 수 있도록 모서리에 각각 설치된 방향전환장치(5)와, 상기 방향전환장치(5)를 거쳐 각각 서로 다른 방향으로 움직이는 쇠막대(4)에 연동하여 작용하는 작은 쇠막대(10)의 움직임에 의해 서로 긴밀하게 작용하는 누름부재(8)와 슬라이드부재(6) 및 일정압력유지부재(7)를 포함하고 상기 이들 부재에 의해 2곳에 힘의 배분이 일어나도록 구성되어 상기 도어(1)와 도어틀(2)간의 간격이 일정하지 않아도 적당한 힘으로 눌러줄 수 있는 하우징(9)과, 상기 하우징(9)의 외측에 설치되며 끝이 뾰족하며 양쪽으로 벌어진 형상으로 구성되어 상기 도어틀(2)에 벌어져서 제대로 밀착되도록 형성된 씰링부재(91)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
