The present invention relates to a boom sprayer connection device for a tractor loader. The boom sprayer connection device comprises: a connection member (10) having an upper hook (101) provided on one side thereof, selectively attached and detached to the arm (a1) of a tractor loader (A) by using the upper hook (101), and fixed by a fixing device (a4) provided on the arm (a1); and a mounting and detaching part (20) having, in a lower portion of one side thereof, a seating pin (203) mounted on a lower hook (103) formed on the connection member (10), having, on the other side, a first locking part (21) for preventing detachment of the connection member (10) for coupling, and installed on the main body (b1) of a boom sprayer (B). When the arm (a1) of the tractor loader (A) rises to elevate the main body (b1) with the seating pin (203) seated on the lower hook (103), the center of gravity of the boom sprayer (B) causes an upper portion of the main body (b1) to be automatically coupled to an upper portion of the connection member (10). Therefore, the boom sprayer connection device can automatically mount the boom sprayer on the tractor loader quickly and conveniently, prevent arbitrary detachment of the mounted boom sprayer (B), and maintain a more robust mounted state, thereby increasing the speed, efficiency, and workability of pest control using the boom sprayer.
본 발명은 트랙터로더용 붐스프레이어 연결장치에 관한 것으로서, 일측에 상부걸고리(101)를 구비하여, 상기 상부걸고리(101)를 이용해 트랙터로더(A)의 암(a1)에 선택적으로 탈부착되며, 상기 암(a1)에 구비된 고정장치(a4)에 의해 고정되는 연결부재(10); 일측 하부에는 상기 연결부재(10)에 형성된 하부걸고리(103)에 안착되는 안착핀(203)을 구비하고, 타측에는 결합되는 연결부재(10)의 이탈을 방지하는 제1록킹부(21)를 구비하여 붐스프레이어(B)의 메인보디(b1)에 설치되는 장탈착부(20); 를 포함하여, 하부걸고리(103)에 안착핀(203)이 안착된 상태에서 트랙터로더(A)의 암(a1)이 상승하여 메인보디(b1)를 들어 올리면 붐스프레이어(B)의 무게 중심에 의해 메인보디(b1)의 상부가 연결부재(10)의 상부와 자동으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 붐스프레이어를 트랙터로더에 신속하고 간편하게 자동 장착할 수 있게 될 뿐만 아니라 장착된 붐스프레이어(B)의 임의 탈착을 방지하고 보다 견고한 장착 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되어 붐스프레이어를 이용한 방제작업의 신속성과 효율성 및 작업성이 크게 향상되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a boom sprayer connection device for a tractor loader. The boom sprayer connection device comprises: a connection member (10) having an upper hook (101) provided on one side thereof, selectively attached and detached to the arm (a1) of a tractor loader (A) by using the upper hook (101), and fixed by a fixing device (a4) provided on the arm (a1); and a mounting and detaching part (20) having, in a lower portion of one side thereof, a seating pin (203) mounted on a lower hook (103) formed on the connection member (10), having, on the other side, a first locking part (21) for preventing detachment of the connection member (10) for coupling, and installed on the main body (b1) of a boom sprayer (B). When the arm (a1) of the tractor loader (A) rises to elevate the main body (b1) with the seating pin (203) seated on the lower hook (103), the center of gravity of the boom sprayer (B) causes an upper portion of the main body (b1) to be automatically coupled to an upper portion of the connection member (10).
