Molding for Concrete Deck Product
To reduce equipment costs and to manufacture concrete decks with excellent strength and quality, provided is a molding for a concrete deck product, which includes: a floor member having a rectangular shape and having assembly projections formed on both ends in a width direction, respectively; a pair of side wall members which are vertically installed to face each other in a state in which one lower side is in contact with both end sides in the width direction of the floor member, and are installed to face each other, and assembly grooves in which assembly protrusions are assembled being formed on one side facing each other; and a pair of doors which open and close both end sides of an upper space of the floor member between the pair of side wall members.
설비비가 절감되고 강도 및 품질이 우수한 콘크리트 데크를 제조할 수 있도록, 직사각형으로 이루어지고 폭방향 양측 끝부분에 조립돌기가 각각 형성되는 바닥부재과, 하측 일면이 바닥부재의 폭방향 양측 끝면과 접하는 상태로 서로 마주보고 수직으로 세워져 설치되고 서로 마주보는 일면에 조립돌기가 조립되는 조립홈이 각각 형성되는 한 쌍의 측벽부재과, 한 쌍의 측벽부재 사이의 바닥부재 상측공간 양쪽 끝면을 개폐하는 한 쌍의 도어를 포함하여 이루어지는 콘크리트 데크 제조용 금형을 제공한다.
