Silicon-Based Window-Type Semi Transparent Flexible Solar Cell Module And Manufacturing Method Of Solar Cell Module
The present invention relates to a silicon-based window-type translucent flexible solar module and a manufacturing method thereof. The disclosed manufacturing method of the silicon-based window-type translucent flexible solar module comprises the following steps of: (a) forming a solar cell having a front electrode, a finger electrode, and a rear electrode formed on a semiconductor substrate, and dividing the solar cell into a plurality of unit cells by cutting the solar cell based on a cut line of a grid pattern; (b) forming a string by joining the divided unit cells in a shingled manner; and (c) forming a solar module by connecting a plurality of strings using a conductive wire embedded in a flexible connecting wire. In the step of forming the solar module, a conductive adhesive is applied to the electrodes of the unit cells formed on both sides of the string, and electrically connected through a curing process by heat treatment in a status in which the conductive wire is disposed. An objective of the present invention is to provide the silicon-based window-type translucent flexible solar module capable of designing various types of window-type solar cell modules, and the manufacturing method thereof.
개시된 본 발명은 (a) 반도체 기판에 전면 전극, 핑거 전극, 및 후면 전극이 형성된 태양전지 셀을 형성하고, 격자무늬의 절단선을 기준으로 태양전지 셀을 절단하여 복수의 단위 셀로 분할하는 단계; (b) 분할된 단위 셀들을 슁글드 방식으로 접합하여 스트링을 형성하는 단계; (c) 유연한 연결배선에 매설된 전도성 와이어를 이용하여 복수의 스트링을 연결하여 태양광 모듈을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 태양광 모듈 형성 단계는 스트링 양측에 형성된 단위 셀의 전극에 전도성 접착제를 도포하고, 전도성 와이어를 배치한 상태에서 열처리에 의한 경화 공정을 통해 전기적으로 접속하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
