According to the present invention, a fastening means between a hanger and an anchor bolt, which is for maintaining the fastening between the hanger (10) for carrying bar and the anchor bolt (20), comprises: a lower nut (110) fastened to the anchor bolt (20) of the hanger (10) for carrying bar to form an empty space (S) between the upper portions of an upper horizontal portion (12) and vertical portion (13); an upper nut (120) fastened to the anchor bolt (20) and in close contact with an upper surface of the upper horizontal portion (12); and a spacer (130).
