According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a ventilation device detachable from a window frame is disclosed. The ventilation device may comprise: a ventilator body; a first recessed unit which is formed to be recessed along at least a portion of the periphery of the ventilator body, and into which a first projection unit formed on a window frame is inserted; and a first elastic member which is provided inside the first recessed unit so that the first projection unit formed on the window frame is coupled to the first recessed unit.
