The present invention relates to an airtight material for windows and doors and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing an airtight material for windows and doors comprises: a core layer supplying step (S10) of continuously supplying a core layer (10) in the form of a sheet; an outer skin layer supplying step (S20) of supplying an outer skin layer (20) from one side of the core layer (10); and an outer skin layer bonding step (S30) of bonding the outer skin layer (20) to one surface of the core layer (10). According to the present invention, since the outer skin layer (20) is integrally formed on both sides of the core layer (10) in the form of a sheet, there is an effect that not only airtightness and watertightness but also sound insulation and heat insulation are improved.
본 발명은 창호용 기밀재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 시트 형태로 된 심재층(10)을 연속 공급하는 심재층공급단계(S10); 심재층(10)의 일측에서 외피층(20)을 공급하는 외피층공급단계(S20); 심재층(10)의 일면에 외피층(20)을 접합하는 외피층접합단계(S30); 를 포함하여 창호용 기밀재 제조방법을 구성하고, 그 창호용 기밀재 제조방법을 통해 제조되는 창호용 기밀재를 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시트 형태로 된 심재층(10)의 양면에 외피층(20)이 일체로 구성됨으로써 기밀성, 수밀성뿐만 아니라, 방음, 단열성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
