VEHICLE AND LOCKING DEVICE FOR TAILGATE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a vehicle and a tailgate locking device thereof. A purpose of the present invention is to prevent a half lock of the tailgate locking device through an improvement in control logic only through a full lock switch after obviating a full open switch. To achieve the purpose, the vehicle tailgate locking device in accordance with the present invention includes: an outer door handle switch turned on and off in response to the operation of an outer door handle; a latch assembly including a latch member coupling or decoupling a striker through rotation, a pole member locking up or unlocking the latch member, and a latch motor rotating the pole member to unlock the latch member; and a control part performing a control operation so as to supply power to the latch motor when the outer door handle switch is turned on, and stopping the supply of power to the latch motor in response to when the outer door handle switch is turned off or the preset time elapses after the turn-on of the outer door handle switch.
본 발명은 차량 및 차량의 테일게이트 잠금 장치에 관한 것으로, 풀 오픈 스위치(Full Open Switch)를 배제하고 풀 락 스위치(Full Lock Switch)만으로 제어 로직의 개선을 통해 테일게이트 잠금 장치의 하프 락(Half Lock)을 방지하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 차량 테일게이트 잠금 장치는, 외부 도어 핸들의 조작에 응답하여 턴 온 및 턴 오프 되는 외부 도어 핸들 스위치와; 회전에 의해 스트라이커를 결속하거나 결속 해제하는 래치 부재와, 상기 래치 부재를 구속하거나 구속을 해제하는 폴 부재, 상기 래치 부재의 구속 해제를 위해 상기 폴 부재를 회전시키는 래치 모터를 포함하는 래치 어셈블리와; 상기 외부 도어 핸들 스위치가 턴 온 되면 상기 래치 모터에 전력이 공급되도록 제어하고, 상기 외부 도어 핸들 스위치의 턴 온 이후 상기 외부 도어 핸들 스위치가 턴 오프 되는 것 또는 상기 미리 설정된 시간의 경과하는 것 가운데 어느 하나에 응답하여 상기 래치 모터로의 전력 공급을 중지하는 제어부를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a vehicle and a tailgate locking device thereof.
