The present invention discloses a rock crushing apparatus using a rotation hammer and a rock crushing method using the same. The rock crushing apparatus comprises: a housing main body having a coupling bracket; a rotation support body installed on the housing main body to be rotatable; a rotation hammer which is installed on the rotation support body to be rotatable and has a plurality of bits or rock crushing teeth on an outer circumferential surface; a rotation driving unit which is installed on the housing main body and the rotation hammer, and rotates the rotation hammer; and a hydraulic crushing unit which is installed on the rotation support body and applies striking force in a rotation direction of the rotation hammer. The rock crushing apparatus rotates the rotation hammer and at the same time, applies impact force in the rotation direction to improve crushing force and digging force.

본 발명은 회전햄머를 이용한 암파쇄장치 및 이를 이용한 암파쇄방법을 게시한다. 암파쇄장치는 결합브라켓을 가지는 하우징본체와, 상기 하우징본체에 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전지지체와, 상기 회전지지체에 회전가능하게 설치되며 외주면에 복수개의 비트 또는 암파쇄투스들이 설치된 회전햄머와, 상기 하우징본체와 회전햄머에 설치되어 회전햄머를 회전시키기 위한 회전구동부와, 상기 회전지지체에 설치되어 상기 회전햄머의 회전방향으로 타격력을 가하는 유압타격유닛을 구비한다.
