A drain for preventing fire spread
The present invention relates to a fire prevention drainage drain, which comprises: a body part embedded in an interlayer structure of a building, penetrating the center, and having a locking surface formed at a lower part of the inner periphery; a fire resistant filler seated on the locking surface of the body part; a blocking net seated on an upper portion of the fire resistant filler and having a plurality of long holes penetrated on the surface thereof; a flange installed on an upper portion of the body part; a drainage part inserted into the flange so that a plurality of inlet holes penetrating through the outer periphery are exposed at the same position as the concrete floor so that water leakage generated from the interlayer structure is introduced; and an adjustment part which is screwed to the drainage part and moves up and down. Accordingly, there is the effect of improving maintainability.
본 발명은 방화 배수 드레인에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 층간구조물에 매설되고 중앙이 관통되며 내주연 하부에 걸림면이 형성된 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 걸림면에 안착되는 내화충전재와, 상기 내화충전재의 상부에 안착되고 표면에 복수개의 장공이 관통된 차단망과, 상기 몸체부의 상부에 설치되는 후렌지와, 상기 후렌지에 끼움되어 층간구조물에서 발생하는 누수가 유입되도록 외주연에 관통된 복수개의 유입공이 콘크리트 바닥과 동일한 위치로 노출되도록 한 배수부와, 상기 배수부에 나사체결되어 상하로 이동하는 조절부로 이루어져, 유지보수성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
