The present invention relates to a sink filter cover with easy removal of scale and foreign substances. The sink filter cover comprises: a large cover (3) made of a silicon material to be installed in a drain hole of a sink; a small cover (4) provided to more precisely remove foreign substances; a plurality of protrusions (2) located in a lower part of the large cover (3) and the small cover (4) provided to precisely remove foreign substances, to be provided to wipe scale off from the drain hole; and a handle (1) located in an upper part of the large cover (3) to be held by a user. The present invention enables the user to conveniently and easily clean the drain hole, which can lead to a hygienic effect, and, also, eliminates the need to separately prepare a brush, and enables the handle and the covers to be attached and detached such that the covers can be used for purposes other than cleaning. In particular, if the user normally does not clean scale and foreign substances off from the drain hole, the user can clean the drain hole through the present invention, which can lead to a hygienic effect. In addition, since the user can use the present invention instead of using brushes commonly used for scale and foreign substance cleaning, there can be an effect of making the cleaning more convenient.
