Acrylic window waterproofing structure for concrete water tank
The present invention relates to an acrylic window waterproofing structure for a concrete water tank. The acrylic window waterproofing structure is installed on a step (S) formed along the inside of a step hole (H) formed in a concrete water tank (C), and comprises: an anchor bracket (10) including a plurality of anchors (11) embedded in the step (S) and a bracket plate (12) connected to the anchors (11) to closely contact the side of the step (S); a bracket rail (20) protruding from the surface of the bracket plate (12), and having a plurality of fastening holes opened upward; an acrylic window (30) overlapping the bracket plate (12) closely contacting the step (S); a fixing bracket (40) fixed to the bracket rail (20) to be mounted on the acrylic window (30), and for pressing the acrylic window (30) toward the bracket plate (12); a first packing sheet (50) interposed between the acrylic window (30) and the bracket plate (12); and a second packing sheet (60) interposed between the acrylic window (30) and the fixing bracket (40). Therefore, the acrylic window waterproofing structure does not use silicone when the acrylic window is waterproofed and constructed in the concrete water tank, thereby reducing the total construction period.
본 발명은 콘크리트 수조의 아크릴 윈도우 방수구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 윈도우 방수구조는, 콘크리트 수조(C)에 형성된 단턱구멍(H)의 내측을 따라 형성된 단턱(S)에 설치되는 것으로서, 단턱(S)에 매입되는 다수의 앵커(11) 및 상기 앵커(11)와 연결되어 단턱(S) 측면에 밀착되는 브라켓플레이트(12)로 구성되는 앵커브라켓(10)과; 브라켓플레이트(12)의 표면에서 돌출된 것으로서 상방으로 개구된 다수의 체결홀이 형성된 브라켓레일(20)과; 단턱(S)에 밀착된 브라켓플레이트(12)에 포개어지는 아크릴 윈도우(30)와; 브라켓레일(20)에 고정되어 아크릴 윈도우(30)에 거치되는 것으로서 아크릴 윈도우(30)를 브라켓플레이트(12) 방향으로 가압하는 고정브라켓(40)과; 아크릴 윈도우(30)와 브라켓플레이트(12) 사이에 개재되는 제1패킹시트(50)와; 아크릴 윈도우(30)와 상기 고정브라켓(40) 사이에 개재되는 제2패킹시트(60);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
