The present invention provides a light emitting bollard for controlling light emitted according to environmental changes, comprising: a human body detection sensor for detecting a pedestrian in all directions of the light emitting bollard and generating a detection signal; a control unit for receiving the generated detection signal, generating a control signal, and transmitting the control signal to a light emitting unit below; and the light emitting unit for outputting light according to the received control signal. The light emitting bollard of the present invention is effective for the safety of pedestrians and drivers by clarifying a boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk through the light between the bollards and controlling the light by recognizing the pedestrians.
본 발명은 환경 변화에 따라 발광하는 빛을 제어하는 발광 볼라드에 있어서, 상기 발광 볼라드의 전방향에서 보행자를 감지하고 감지 신호를 생성하는 인체감지센서; 생성된 상기 감지 신호를 전달받아 제어 신호를 생성하고 하기의 발광부로 상기 제어 신호를 송신하는 제어부; 및 수신된 상기 제어 신호에 따라 빛을 출력하는 발광부를 포함하여, 볼라드간 빛을 통해 차도와 보도의 경계를 명확히 하며, 보행자를 인식하여 빛을 제어함으로써 보행자 및 운전자의 안전에 효과적인 것을 특징으로 한다.
