The present invention is to provide a rack modular for beam installation in which ducts, cable trays and pipes are fixed inside, the rack modular that can be manufactured in a factory in advance and then easily installed on the ceiling of the site, and in particular, can be installed on a beam. The rack modular of the present invention includes a beam fixed to a ceiling surface; beam fixing units arranged at regular intervals on an upper flange to fix the beam to the ceiling; a rack modular arranged under the beam and including longitudinal, horizontal, and vertical frames to fix ducts, cable trays, and pipes inside; and a rack modular transfer fixing unit installed on an end of the vertical frame of the rack modular and allowing the rack modular to be transferred and fixed to a lower flange of the beam.
본 발명은 빔설치용 랙모듈러에 관한 것으로, 그목적은, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되어지는 랙모듈러를 사전에 공장에서 제작한 후 현장 천정면에 용이하게 설치하도록 하며, 특히, 빔 상에 용이하게 랙모듈러를 설치하도록 하는 빔설치용 랙모듈러를 제공함에 있다. 이는 웨브를 중심으로 상하측에 플랜지가 구비되고, 천정면에 고정되는 빔; 상기 빔을 천정에 고정하기 위하여 상기 상측 플랜지에 일정간격으로 배치되는 빔고정부; 상기 빔의 하부에 배치되고, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되도록 종방향프레임, 횡방향프레임 및 수직프레임을 포함하는 랙모듈러; 및 상기 랙모듈러의 수직프레임의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 빔의 하측 플랜지에 상기 랙모듈러를 이송 후 고정되도록 하는 랙모듈러 이송고정부를 포함하며, 상기 랙모듈러에 결합되는 덕트는, 덕트클램프로 상기 랙모듈러에 결합하되, 상기 덕트클램프는, 상기 덕트의 일측을 수직으로 지지하고, 상,하측이 외측으로 절곡된 제1절곡편이 형성되어진 제1지지브라켓과, 상기 덕트의 타측을 수직으로 지지하고, 상,하측이 외측으로 절곡된 제2절곡편이 형성되어진 제2지지브라켓과, 수직면과 수평면으로 절곡되어지고, 상기 수직면은 상기 제1지지브라켓과 제2지지브라켓의 상부에 각각 설치되고, 상기 수평면은 덕트의 상면을 지지하도록 하는 누름브라켓과, 상기 누름브라켓의 수평면에 고정설치되어 덕트의 상면을 지지하는 누름볼트와, 상기 누름브라켓의 수직면에 밀착되어진 상기 제1지지브라켓과 제2지지브라켓의 양단을 연결하고, 상기 덕트의 상측에 설치되어진 이격봉을 포함하는 것이다.
