FASTENING DEVICE OF BUILDING EXTERIOR MATERIAL WITH EARTHQUAKE-PROOF FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a device for fastening a construction material with an anti-seismic function, the device comprising: a support piece (12) coupled with and fixed to an anchor bolt (46) on an outer wall of a building (44); an actuating piece (20) located on the support piece (12) to have a plurality of balls (18) interposed therebetween by using guide grooves (14, 16) respectively as a joining means; a bolt (26) passing through a coil spring (24), a plate spring (22), and the support piece (12) and screwed to and fixed to the actuating piece (20); and a connection piece (32) having a fixing pin (30) and fixed to the bolt (26) protruding from the actuating piece (20) by using a nut (28), wherein movement of the actuating piece (20) where elasticity of the coil spring (24) is applied by the support piece (12) and movement of the support piece (12) supported by the plate spring (22) control seismic vibration when the seismic vibration is applied. In addition, after control of the seismic vibration, the actuating piece (20) returns to its original position by means of the plurality of the balls (18) guided by the guide grooves (14, 16) and the support piece (12) is recovered by self-elasticity and elasticity of the plate spring (22) to prevent a construction material (68) from sagging, changing angles, or increasing the gap.
본 발명은 내진기능을 갖는 건축외장재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 건축물(44) 외벽의 앵커볼트(46)에 연결고정되는 지지편(12) 상에 각기 안내홈(14)(16)을 결합수단으로 하는 복수개의 볼(18)을 사이에 두고 작동편(20)이 위치하도록 한 상태에서 코일스프링(24)과 판스프링(22) 및 지지편(12)을 관통하는 볼트(26)를 작동편(20)에 나사결합고정하고 또 작동편(20)으로부터 돌출된 볼트(26)에 고정핀(30)을 갖는 연결편(32)을 너트(28)로 고정하여 진동이 가해질 시 지지편(12)으로부터 코일스프링(24)의 탄성이 주어지는 작동편(20)의 움직임 및 판스프링(22)이 받쳐주고 있는 지지편(12)의 움직임으로 제진이 이루어지도록 하면서 제진후 작동편(12)은 안내홈(14)(16)에 안내되는 복수개의 볼(18)에 의해 정위치로 복귀하고 또 지지편(12)은 자체탄성 및 판스프링(22)의 탄성에 의해 복원되어 외장재(68)의 처짐이나 각도변화 및 벌어짐 등을 방지해주도록 한 것이다.
