Pipeline inspection and washing device
The present invention relates to a pipeline inspection and washing apparatus, installed at downstream/upstream ends of a water valve that opens/closes a flow passage of a water supply pipe to induce inspection and cleaning of a pipeline, comprising: a base member (10) installed on the ground adjacent to at least the water valve to provide a pipeline space (10a) and an opening/closing space (10b); a washing device (20) fixatedly mounted in the pipeline space (10a) and mounted in the water supply pipe located with the water control valve disposed therebetween to induce input and discharge of a poly pig; fitting pipes (30) inserted and mounted into both ends of the washing device (20) and communicably connecting the washing device to the water valve or the water supply pipe; and a washing device chamber (40) fixatedly mounted in the opening/closing space (10b) and providing a work space in which a worker can access the washing device (20). Therefore, according to the present invention, excellent work efficiency can be expected by being improved into a structure of assembling the base member and the washing device chamber one after another so as to perform multi-layered construction in multiple stages without a separate connection member and to rapidly and conveniently be disassembled if necessary, and man hours consumed in an opening/closing work as a worker does not have to grip hexagonal headed bolts one by one by adding a locking protrusion on the bottom of an opening and closing flange of the washing device for maintaining a state in which the hexagonal headed bolts are fixated without spinning idle along nuts, and safety of the worker can be ensured by allowing the washing device chamber to provide a bunker type work environment for blocking various external elements.
본 발명은 상수도관의 유로를 개폐하는 제수밸브의 하/상류단에 각각 설치되어 관로의 점검과 세척을 유도하는 관로점검세척장치에 관한 것으로, 적어도 제수밸브와 인접하는 지반에 설치되어 관로공간(10a)과 개폐공간(10b)을 마련해주는 기초부재(10); 상기 관로공간(10a)내에 고정 장착되고, 상기 제수밸브 사이에 위치하는 상수도관에 장착되어 포리피그의 투입과 배출을 유도하는 세척구(20); 상기 세척구(20)의 양단에 삽입 장착되고, 상기 제수밸브나 상수도관과 연통되게 연결해주는 이음관(30); 상기 개폐공간(10b)내에 고정 장착되고, 상기 세척구(20)로 작업자가 접근할 수 있는 작업공간을 제공하는 세척구실(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 기초부재와 세척관실을 잇따라 조립되는 구조로 개선하여 별도의 연결부재 없이 다단으로 적층시공이 가능하면서도 필요에 따라 신속 간편하게 해체할 수 있어 우수한 작업효율을 기대할 수 있고, 세척구의 개폐플랜지 저면으로 너트를 따라 육각볼트가 헛돌지 않고 고정상태를 유지시키는 잠금돌기를 부가함으로써, 작업자가 육각볼트를 일일이 잡지 않아도 됨에 따라 개폐작업에 소요되는 공수를 단축할 수 있으며, 세척구실이 다양한 외부요인을 차단해주는 벙커형태의 작업환경을 제공함으로써, 작업자의 안전을 보장할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
