The present invention relates to a safe hanging device for an excavator hook, wherein a hanging part of a hook installed on a fore-end part of an arm of an excavator to be able to rotate and used in lifting or dragging a heavy object can be coupled and separated easily, and vibration or noise is not generated even as the hanging part of the hook has been coupled. The present invention provides a safe hanging device for an excavator hook, wherein a hook is installed on a connecting rod of a main body of an operating link arranged on a fore-end part of an arm of an excavator to be able to rotate, and a hanging part of the hook can be coupled and separated by a coupling member arranged in the main body of the operating link. The coupling member includes: a fixture composed of a supporting wall body at both side ends of the main body of an operating link; supports included inside the fixture and arranged at both sides at constant intervals at a position where the hanging part of the hook is coupled; a coupling ring capable of coupling and separating the hanging part of the hook while sliding between the supports at both sides; and a guide pin combined with and separated from the coupling ring by a key and elastically supported by a spring on the inner side of the fixture to control the sliding operation of the coupling ring.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암 선단부에 회전가능하게 설치되어 중량물체를 들어올리거나 견인하는데 사용되는 후크의 걸이부를 간편하게 체결 및 분리시킬 수 있고 후크의 걸이부를 체결시킨 상태에서도 진동이나 소음이 발생되지 않도록 한 굴삭기용 후크의 안전 걸이장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암 선단부에 구비되는 작동링크 본체의 커넥팅로드에 회전가능하게 설치되는 후크와, 상가 후크의 걸이부는 작동링크 본체에 구비되는 체결부재에 의해 후크의 걸이부를 체결 및 분리할 수 있도록 하되 상기 체결부재는; 작동링크 본체의 양측단에 지지벽체로 이루어진 고정대와, 상기 고정대의 내측부에 구비되고 후크의 걸이부가 체결되는 위치에 일정간격을 두고 양측에 배치된 지지대와, 상기 양측 지지대 사이에서 슬라이딩되면서 후크의 걸이부를 체결 및 분리할 수 있도록 하는 체결링과, 상기 체결링에 키로 결합 및 분리되고 고정대의 브라켓 내측에 스프링으로 탄성지지되어 체결링의 슬라이딩 작동을 제어하는 가이드핀으로 이루어진 굴삭기용 후크의 안전 걸이장치를 특징으로 한다.
