The present invention relates to a slab for preventing condensation. A hollow slab preventing the condensation of the present invention comprises: a plurality of hollow tubes wherein a spacer including a reinforcing bar accommodating groove for fixing a reinforcing bar is formed, and in which any one of one side and the other side is opened, or one side and the other side are opened and penetrated; a slab frame whose shape is fixed by the reinforcing bar which is formed by disposing the hollow tubes and reinforced in the reinforcing bar accommodating grooves of each spacer; and a concrete which is poured into the slab frame and integrally forms the slab frame. An objective of the present invention is to provide a construction method of the hollow slab to prevent the condensation, equipped with a function which can reduce a construction cost, and the hollow slab.
본 발명은 결로를 방지하기 위한 슬래브로서, 철근을 고정시키기 위한 철근 수용홈을 포함하는 스페이서가 형성되며, 일 측과 타 측 중 어느 하나가 개방되거나 일측과 타측이 개방되어 관통되는 복수의 중공관; 상기 중공관들이 배치되어 형성되되 각 스페이서의 철근 수용홈에 배근되는 철근에 의해 그 형태가 고정되는슬래브 프레임; 및 상기 슬래브 프레임에 타설되어 상기 슬래브 프레임을 일체로 형성시키는 콘크리트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
