The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a porous ceramic, which includes the steps of: mixing fumed silica, a blowing agent, and an aqueous alkali solution to obtain a mixed slurry; forming and drying the mixed slurry to obtain a molded article for the porous ceramic; and sintering the molded body for the porous ceramic. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture the porous ceramic having excellent thermal and mechanical properties.
본 발명은 흄드 실리카(Fumed silica), 발포제 및 알칼리 수용액을 혼합하여 혼합 슬러리를 수득하는 단계; 상기 혼합 슬러리를 성형 및 건조하여 다공성 세라믹용 성형체를 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 다공성 세라믹용 성형체를 소결하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 발포제는 실리콘 슬러지(silicon sludge)인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조방법을 제공한다.
