Panel construction structure for dry floor heating
The present invention relates to a panel construction structure for dry floor heating, which is capable of enhancing heating efficiency while preventing, during floor heating using an electric heating cable, a panel from being damaged by heat. In a construction structure of dry floor heating, an installation layer containing a foam material is formed on top of a slab layer of a building floor surface, and an electric heating cable is installed on the installation layer, wherein a dry floor structure using an electric heating cable is modularized into panels and a heat wire module plate is added to an upper end of the dry floor structure so that the electric heating cable can be installed on the heat wire module plate, wherein the depth and pitch at which the electric heating cable is installed can be made uniform such that heating efficiency can be increased, wherein the electric heating cable is installed to be spaced apart from the foam material by the heating wire module plate so as to block local heat transfer to the foam material such that it is possible to prevent damage to the panels and to enhance heating efficiency by thermal conductivity.
본 발명은 전열 케이블을 이용한 바닥난방시 열에 의한 패널 손상을 방지하면서도 난방효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 건식 바닥난방을 위한 패널 시공구조에 관한 것으로, 건물 바닥면의 슬라브층 상부에 발포재를 포함하는 포설층이 형성되고 포설층에는 전열 케이블이 포설되는 구조의 건식바닥난방의 시공구조에 있어서, 전열 케이블을 이용한 건식 바닥구조를 패널로 모듈화한 상태에서 상단에 열전도를 위한 열선모듈판을 덧대어 열선모듈판에 전열 케이블을 포설할 수 있는 구조를 마련하고, 전열 케이블이 포설되는 깊이 및 피치를 일정하게 포설할 수 있도록 하여 난방효율을 높이도록 함은 물론, 전열 케이블이 열선모듈판에 의하여 발포재로부터 이격 설치되도록 하여 발포재로의 국부적인 전열을 차단하여 패널이 손상되는 것을 방지하며, 열전도에 의한 난방효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
