The present invention relates to an access control system for checking an accessor's body temperature and controlling his or her entry. More particularly, the present invention relates to a photo-plasma disinfection and access control system, in which an accessor's heat temperature is automatically checked without contact so that only an accessor with a normal body temperature is allowed to enter, an accessor DB is built so that epidemiological information on accessors' paths of movement can be provided later, and photo-plasma generation is performed around an accessor for complete viral RNA and DNA destruction. The photo-plasma disinfection and access control system of the present invention includes: a gate structure; a thermal imaging camera provided in the gate structure, imaging an accessor, and checking his or her body temperature; a reader provided in the gate structure and reading an accessor code; a photo-plasma lamp performing photo-plasma generation inside the gate structure; and an accessor controller building an accessor DB including the accessor code read by the reader and the accessor body temperature checked by the thermal imaging camera.
본 발명은 출입자의 체온을 체크하여 그 출입 여부를 관리하는 출입관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 비대면으로 출입자의 발열 온도를 자동으로 체크하여 체온에 이상이 없는 출입자만 출입을 허용하고, 출입자DB를 구축하여 사후적으로 출입자의 이동경로에 관한 역학정보를 제공할 수 있고, 출입자 주변으로 광플라즈마를 발생시켜서 바이러스의 RNA 및 DNA를 완벽하게 파괴시키는 광플라즈마 방역소독 및 출입관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광플라즈마 방역소독 및 출입관리 시스템은 게이트 구조물; 상기 게이트 구조물에 구비되고, 출입자를 촬영하여 체온을 체크하는 열화상카메라; 상기 게이트 구조물에 구비되고, 출입자의 코드를 읽는 리더기; 상기 게이트 구조물의 내측에 광플라즈마를 발생시키는 광플라즈마램프; 상기 리더기에서 읽은 출입자의 코드와 상기 열화상카메라에서 체크된 출입자 체온을 포함하는 출입자DB를 구축하는 출입자관리기;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
