STRUCTURE OF FRAME STIFFENER FOR WALL FIXING
The present invention relates to a frame stiffener (40) for fixing a wall. More specifically, when the frame stiffener is patched on an area part in which a bottom frame (10), a side frame (20) and a ceiling frame (30) are overlapped, and is fixed by a fixing piece (P1), or when a plaster board (50) is fixed by a fixing piece (P2) using the bottom frame (10), the side frame (20) and the ceiling frame (30) as a support foundation, in order to prevent a shape transformation in which a first opening part (11) of the bottom frame (10), a second opening part (21) of the side frame (20) and a third opening part (31) of the ceiling frame (30) are folded inward, the stiffener stiffens outer and inner surfaces of thicknesses of both sides of the first to third opening parts (11, 21, 31) to hold the surfaces at the same time, and, accordingly, the frame stiffener can prevent a coupling defect in which the fixing pieces (P1, P2) are dislocated, as well as can enable quick fixing work on an accurate position, which can lead to a reduction in working time.
본 발명의 벽체 고정용 프레임 보강재(40)는 바닥프레임(10), 측면프레임(20), 천정프레임(30)들이 겹쳐지는 면적부분에 덧대어져 고정용 피스(P1)에 의해 고정되거나 바닥프레임(10), 측면프레임(20), 천정프레임(30)들을 지지 기반으로 석고보드(50)가 고정용 피스(P2)에 의해 고정될 때 고정용 피스(P1) 또는 고정용 피스(P2)의 누르는 체결압력에 의해서 바닥프레임(10)의 제1 개구부(11), 측면프레임(20)의 제2 개구부(21), 천정프레임(30)의 제3 개구부(31)가 안쪽으로 접히는 형태 변형을 방지하도록 제1 내지 제3 개구부(11,21,31)의 양측 두께 외부면과 내부면을 동시 잡아주도록 보강해 주기 때문에 고정용 피스(P1,P2)의 위치가 어긋나는 체결불량을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 정확한 위치에 고정작업이 신속하게 이루어지므로 작업시간을 단축할 수 있는 것임.
