The present invention relates to a floor material for reducing inter-floor noise, in which a high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet or a low-pressure resin-impregnated sheet is attached to an upper surface of plywood of a predetermined thickness, and a perforated cork layer, in which openings penetrating a plate surface are formed to be distributed at a constant density, is attached to a lower surface of the plywood. Accordingly, the floor material is attached to a floor bottom surface by means of an adhesive applied to the lower surface of the perforated cork layer, wherein the perforated cork layer is attached and fixed to the bottom surface through a non-opening surface of the lower surface where the openings are not formed, and the lower surface of the plywood, which is exposed through the openings, is attached and fixed to the bottom surface by means of an adhesive filling the openings. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of preventing a dimensional change of the plywood, caused by temperature and humidity, while having the cork layer for reducing inter-floor noise.
본 발명은 층간소음 저감용 마루 바닥재에 관한 것으로서, 소정 두께의 합판 상면에 고압수지함침시트(High Pressure Laminate, HPL) 또는 저압수지함침시트(Low Pressure Laminate, LPL)가 부착되고, 판면을 관통하는 개구가 일정한 밀도로 분포하도록 형성되는 타공 코르크층이 상기 합판의 저면에 부착됨으로써, 상기 마루 바닥재는, 상기 타공 코르크층의 저면에 도포되는 접착제를 매개로 하여 마루 바닥면에 부착되되, 상기 타공 코르크층이 상기 개구가 형성되지 않은 저면의 비개구면을 통해 상기 바닥면에 부착 및 고정되고, 상기 합판은 상기 개구를 통해 노출되는 저면이 상기 개구에 충진되는 접착제를 매개로 하여 상기 바닥면에 부착 및 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 층간소음 저감을 위한 코르크층을 가지면서도 합판의 온,습도에 따른 치수변화를 막을 수 있다.
