MIRROR SURFACE PLATE FOR MANUFACTURING NONSKID FLOOR TILE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NONSKID FLOOR TILE USING THE PLATE AND NONSKID FLOOR TILE MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-slip floor material improved by deforming a mirror plate that is used in a process of manufacturing a non-slip floor material, the mirror plate used therein, and a non-slip floor material manufactured by the manufacturing method, wherein fine molding grooves are formed and distributed on one surface of the mirror plate. The method for manufacturing a non-slip floor material using the mirror plate comprises a step in which an overlay, decorative paper, and kraft paper are sequentially laminated from the top, the mirror plate is laminated on the overlay in a way that the one surface where the fine molding grooves are formed and distributed faces a surface of the overlay, and the entirety of the overlay, decorative paper, kraft paper, and the mirror plate are heated and pressed such that it is possible to obtain a high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet by integrating the overlay, decorative paper, and kraft paper in a state in which fine protrusions are molded to be distrubted on the surface of the overlay by the fine molding grooves. According to the present invention, a conventional method of using release paper as a medium to mold fine protrusions is not used such that the release paper, which is used as a consumable, and manufacturing equipment such as a cylinder for molding are unnecessary.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재의 제조과정에 사용되는 경면판을 변형함에 의해 개선된 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재 제조방법, 이에 이용되는 상기 경면판 및 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재에 관한 것으로서, 상기 경면판은 일측 표면에 미세 성형홈이 분포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이를 이용한 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재 제조방법은 오버레이(overlay), 모양지 및 크라프트지(kraft paper)를 상부로부터 순차로 적층한 위에 상기 경면판을 상기 미세 성형홈이 분포하여 형성된 일측 표면이 상기 오버레이 표면에 대면하도록 상기 오버레이 상에 적층시킨 상태에서 전체를 가열 및 가압함으로써 상기 미세 성형홈에 의해 상기 오버레이의 표면에 미세돌기가 분포하도록 성형된 상태에서 상기 오버레이, 모양지 및 크라프트지를 일체화시켜 고압수지함침시트를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 종래 미세돌기 성형을 위해 이형지를 매개로 삼던 방법을 사용하지 않게 되어 소모품으로서의 상기 이형지 및 이를 성형하기 위한 실린더와 같은 제조설비가 불필요하다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-slip floor material improved by deforming a mirror plate that is used in a process of manufacturing a non-slip floor material, the mirror plate used therein, and a non-slip floor material manufactured by the manufacturing method, wherein fine molding grooves are formed and distributed on one surface of the mirror plate. The method for manufacturing a non-slip floor material using the mirror plate comprises a step in which an overlay, decorative paper, and kraft paper are sequentially laminated from the top, the mirror plate is laminated on the overlay in a way that the one surface where the fine molding grooves are formed and distributed faces a surface of the overlay, and the entirety of the overlay, decorative paper, kraft paper, and the mirror plate are heated and pressed such that it is possible to obtain a high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet by integrating the overlay, decorative paper, and kraft paper in a state in which fine protrusions are molded to be distrubted on the surface of the overlay by the fine molding grooves. According to the present invention, a conventional method of using release paper as a medium to mold fine protrusions is not used such that the release paper, which is used as a consumable, and manufacturing equipment such as a cylinder for molding are unnecessary.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재의 제조과정에 사용되는 경면판을 변형함에 의해 개선된 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재 제조방법, 이에 이용되는 상기 경면판 및 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재에 관한 것으로서, 상기 경면판은 일측 표면에 미세 성형홈이 분포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이를 이용한 미끄럼 방지용 마루바닥재 제조방법은 오버레이(overlay), 모양지 및 크라프트지(kraft paper)를 상부로부터 순차로 적층한 위에 상기 경면판을 상기 미세 성형홈이 분포하여 형성된 일측 표면이 상기 오버레이 표면에 대면하도록 상기 오버레이 상에 적층시킨 상태에서 전체를 가열 및 가압함으로써 상기 미세 성형홈에 의해 상기 오버레이의 표면에 미세돌기가 분포하도록 성형된 상태에서 상기 오버레이, 모양지 및 크라프트지를 일체화시켜 고압수지함침시트를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 종래 미세돌기 성형을 위해 이형지를 매개로 삼던 방법을 사용하지 않게 되어 소모품으로서의 상기 이형지 및 이를 성형하기 위한 실린더와 같은 제조설비가 불필요하다.
