Top coat for parking lot floor
A surface coating method for a parking lot floor of the present invention includes a system coating method including: a first step of forming an undercoat layer by coating a polyurethane prepolymer in a coating thickness of 40 to 60 μm; a second step of forming a high hardness polyurethane intermediate coat layer having excellent impact resistance and adhesion on the undercoat layer in a coating thickness of 1 to 3 mm at room temperature; and a third step of forming a top coat layer having abrasion resistance, anti-slip functions, excellent heat shielding performance and excellent weather resistance in a coating thickness of 50 to 100 μm by using a silicone acrylic resin composition.
본 발명의 주차장 바닥용 표면 코팅제 및 표면 코팅방법은, 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 도막두께 40 ~ 60 ㎛로 코팅처리하여 하도층을 형성하는 제1단계와; 그 위에 내충격성과 부착성이 우수한 고경도 폴리우레탄 중도층을 상온에서 도막두께 1 ~ 3 ㎜로 형성시키는 제2단계와; 실리콘아크릴 수지 조성물을 사용하여 내마모성과 미끄럼방지 기능을 포함하면서 차열성능 및 내후성이 우수한 도막두께 50 ~ 100 ㎛로 상도층을 형성하는 제3단계의 시스템 코팅방법을 포함한다.
