Assembly Structure For Shielding Electromagnetic Interference
The present invention relates to a prefabricated structure for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. The prefabricated structure for EMI shielding can provide a small isolated space inside a building in an assembly way of attaching panel members to a supporting member. The prefabricated structure for EMI shielding according to the present invention comprises: a support member connecting multiple frames extending in a longitudinal direction with brackets to form a framework of a spatial structure; and a panel member which forms a wall of the spatial structure so that the spatial structure can provide an insulated space blocked from the outside, which is a multilayered structure in which an EMI shielding material is laminated between a sound-absorbing material installed on an inner side of the spatial structure and a finishing material exposed to the outside of the spatial structure, and which is formed into a flat shape detachable from the outer surface of the frames. Each of the frames has grooves to which fastening members for fixing the panel frame to the frame are fastened. An openable door is formed on one side of the spatial structure, wherein the door has the same structure as the panel member, the multilayered structure in which the sound-absorbing, EMI shielding, and finishing materials are integrally laminated, wherein the EMI shielding material is a permalloy sheet.
본 발명은 지지부재에 패널부재를 부착시키는 조립 방식으로 건물 내부에 소형 크기의 격리 공간을 제공할 수 있는 이엠아이 차폐용 조립식 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이엠아이 차폐용 조립식 구조물은, 길이 방향으로 연장된 복수 개의 프레임을 브라켓으로 연결하여 공간 구조물의 골격을 형성하는 지지부재, 상기 공간 구조물이 외부와 차단된 격리 공간을 제공할 수 있도록 상기 공간 구조물의 벽체를 형성하고, 상기 공간 구조물의 내부를 향하여 설치된 흡음재와 상기 공간 구조물의 외부에 노출된 마감재 사이에 이엠아이 차폐재가 적층된 다층 구조이며, 상기 프레임의 외면에 탈부착 가능한 평판 형상으로 형성된 패널부재를 포함하며, 상기 각각의 프레임에는 상기 패널부재를 상기 프레임에 고정시키는 체결부재가 체결되는 요홈이 형성되고, 상기 공간 구조물의 일측에는 개폐가능한 출입문이 형성되며, 상기 출입문은 상기 패널부재와 동일한 구조로서 흡음재, 이엠아이 차폐재, 및 마감재가 일체로 적층된 다층 구조로 형성되고, 상기 이엠아이 차폐재는 퍼몰로이 시트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
