Bottom Rail Structure for Sliding Door
The present invention relates to a floor rail structure for a sliding door, wherein a first flooring material and a second flooring material which are made from marble are placed on a top surface of a floor, a groove portion is formed longitudinally between the first flooring material and the second flooring material, and a floor rail is installed on the groove portion. The floor rail structure for a sliding door according to the present invention comprises: a first guide rail where a roller installed on a lower surface of a sliding door comes in contact to slide thereon; a second guide rail spaced apart from the first guide rail and formed to be parallel to the first guide rail; a third guide rail spaced apart from the second guide rail and formed to be parallel to the second guide rail; a first flat panel portion connecting the first guide rail to the second guide rail and having a first support portion formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor; a second flat panel portion connecting the second guide rail to the third guide rail and having a second support portion formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor; a third flat panel portion extended from the first guide rail in a direction opposite to the first flat panel portion, wherein at least a part thereof is placed on a top surface of the first flooring material and a third support portion is formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor; and a fourth flat panel portion extended from the third guide rail in a direction opposite to the second flat panel portion, wherein at least a part thereof is placed on a top surface of the second flooring material and a fourth support portion is formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor. Accordingly, the floor rail can be installed conveniently between flooring materials made from marble.
본 발명은 미닫이도어용 바닥레일 구조에 관한 것으로서, 바닥면의 상면에 대리석 재질로 이루어지는 제1바닥재와 제2바닥재를 설치하되, 상기 제1바닥재와 제2바닥재 사이에는 길이방향으로 홈부가 형성되고, 상기 홈부에 바닥레일을 설치하는 미닫이도어용 바닥레일 구조에 있어서, 상기 바닥레일은 미닫이도어의 하면에 설치된 롤러에 접촉되어 상기 롤러를 슬라이드 이동시키기 위한 제1가이드레일; 상기 제1가이드레일로부터 이격져서 상기 제1가이드레일과 평행하게 형성되는 제2가이드레일; 상기 제2가이드레일로부터 이격져서 상기 제2가이드레일과 평행하게 형성되는 제3가이드레일; 상기 제1가이드레일과 제2가이드레일을 연결하며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제1지지부가 돌출형성된 제1평판부; 상기 제2가이드레일과 제3가이드레일을 연결하며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제2지지부가 돌출형성된 제2평판부; 상기 제1가이드레일에서 상기 제1평판부와 반대쪽으로 연장형성되어 적어도 일부분은 상기 제1바닥재의 상면에 얹혀지게 되며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제3지지부가 돌출형성된 제3평판부; 및 상기 제3가이드레일에서 상기 제2평판부와 반대쪽으로 연장형성되어 적어도 일부분은 상기 제2바닥재의 상면에 얹혀지게 되며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제4지지부가 돌출형성된 제4평판부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a floor rail structure for a sliding door, wherein a first flooring material and a second flooring material which are made from marble are placed on a top surface of a floor, a groove portion is formed longitudinally between the first flooring material and the second flooring material, and a floor rail is installed on the groove portion. The floor rail structure for a sliding door according to the present invention comprises: a first guide rail where a roller installed on a lower surface of a sliding door comes in contact to slide thereon; a second guide rail spaced apart from the first guide rail and formed to be parallel to the first guide rail; a third guide rail spaced apart from the second guide rail and formed to be parallel to the second guide rail; a first flat panel portion connecting the first guide rail to the second guide rail and having a first support portion formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor; a second flat panel portion connecting the second guide rail to the third guide rail and having a second support portion formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor; a third flat panel portion extended from the first guide rail in a direction opposite to the first flat panel portion, wherein at least a part thereof is placed on a top surface of the first flooring material and a third support portion is formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor; and a fourth flat panel portion extended from the third guide rail in a direction opposite to the second flat panel portion, wherein at least a part thereof is placed on a top surface of the second flooring material and a fourth support portion is formed in a lower part to protrude and come in contact with the floor. Accordingly, the floor rail can be installed conveniently between flooring materials made from marble.
본 발명은 미닫이도어용 바닥레일 구조에 관한 것으로서, 바닥면의 상면에 대리석 재질로 이루어지는 제1바닥재와 제2바닥재를 설치하되, 상기 제1바닥재와 제2바닥재 사이에는 길이방향으로 홈부가 형성되고, 상기 홈부에 바닥레일을 설치하는 미닫이도어용 바닥레일 구조에 있어서, 상기 바닥레일은 미닫이도어의 하면에 설치된 롤러에 접촉되어 상기 롤러를 슬라이드 이동시키기 위한 제1가이드레일; 상기 제1가이드레일로부터 이격져서 상기 제1가이드레일과 평행하게 형성되는 제2가이드레일; 상기 제2가이드레일로부터 이격져서 상기 제2가이드레일과 평행하게 형성되는 제3가이드레일; 상기 제1가이드레일과 제2가이드레일을 연결하며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제1지지부가 돌출형성된 제1평판부; 상기 제2가이드레일과 제3가이드레일을 연결하며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제2지지부가 돌출형성된 제2평판부; 상기 제1가이드레일에서 상기 제1평판부와 반대쪽으로 연장형성되어 적어도 일부분은 상기 제1바닥재의 상면에 얹혀지게 되며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제3지지부가 돌출형성된 제3평판부; 및 상기 제3가이드레일에서 상기 제2평판부와 반대쪽으로 연장형성되어 적어도 일부분은 상기 제2바닥재의 상면에 얹혀지게 되며, 하부에는 상기 바닥면과 접촉되는 제4지지부가 돌출형성된 제4평판부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
