MECHANICAL STEEL PIPE JOINTING DEVICE USING LOAD-TRANSMITTING HARDWARE
The present invention relates to a mechanical steel pipe joint using load-carrying hardware, comprising: a first connection unit inserted into and installed in a first rectangular steel pipe; a second connection unit installed by being inserted into a second rectangular steel pipe, and coupled with the first connection unit by male-female bonding; a load transmission key in which a part and the other part are inserted into an inner wall of the first connection unit and the second connection unit; and a tightening bolt provided on any one of the first connection unit and the second connection unit and aligning a coupling position with respect to the first connection unit and the second connection unit by pressing the load transmission key. According to the present invention, a combined structure of axial load transmission is more robust than joints of existing rectangular steel pipes. In addition, separation of a joint structure due to torsion, bending and vibration is prevented.
본 발명은 제1 각형강관에 삽입되어 설치되는 제1 연결부; 제2 각형강관에 삽입입어 설치되되, 제1 연결부와 암수 결합되는 제2 연결부; 제1 연결부와 제2 연결부의 내벽부에 일부와 타부가 삽입 설치되는 하중 전달키; 및 제1 연결부와 제2 연결부 중 어느 하나에 마련되며, 하중 전달키를 가압하여 제1 연결부와 제2 연결부에 대해 결합위치를 정렬시키는 조임 볼트를 포함하는 것으로서, 기존의 각형강관들의 이음재보다 축 하중 전달의 결합 구조가 견고하고, 비틀림, 굽힘 및 진동에 의한 이음 구조의 이탈을 방지하는 장점이 있다.
