WALL PANEL ATTACHMENT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a wall panel attachment apparatus installed on a workbench of a high-place work vehicle to assist wall panel attachment work. The wall panel attachment apparatus includes: a fixed frame (23) mounted on a handrail of a workbench (1) of a high-place work vehicle to control the movement of a moving frame (21) installed on the front side thereof; and the moving frame (21) placed on the front side of the fixed frame (23) to be moved up and down and forward and backward while supporting a loaded wall panel (2). Since a position of the moving frame is adjusted to support the wall panel to be attached while keeping the wall panel adjacent to its accurate attachment position, one single worker can easily perform wall panel attachment work for a wall on a high position, which can lead to a reduction in labor costs and an improvement in working efficiency.
본 발명은 고소작업차의 작업대에 설치되어 벽면패널의 부착작업을 보조하는 벽면패널 부착장치로서, 고소작업차의 작업대(1) 난간에 장착되어 그 전면에 설치되는 가동프레임(21)의 이동을 제어하는 고정프레임(23); 및 상기 고정프레임(23)의 전면에 배치되어 적재된 벽면패널(2)을 지지한 상태로 상하방향 및 전후방향으로 이동하는 가동프레임(21);을 포함하여 구성되고, 가동프레임의 위치를 조정함으로써 부착하고자 하는 벽면패널을 정확한 부착위치에 근접시킨 상태에서 지지해주므로, 높은 위치의 벽면에 대한 벽면패널 부착작업을 1인의 작업자만으로도 쉽게 실시할 수 있어서 인건비가 감소하고, 작업능률이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
