A fireproof foam material unit is disclosed. The fireproof foam material unit of the present invention, which is provided to shield a through-hole formed on a floor or wall of a building to allow a passage member to pass therethrough, includes: a fireproof foam material part including a fireproof foam material blocking the through-hole by being expanded when heated, and a fireproof mesh made of a fireproof material and combined with the fireproof foam material so as to prevent the fireproof foam material from departing from the floor or wall of the building when the fireproof foam material is expanded; and a fixed support bracket combined with the fireproof foam material part and fixed to the floor or wall of the building to support the fireproof foam material part to the floor or wall of the building. In accordance with the present invention, the fireproof foam material part is formed to have a cross sectional shape corresponding to an area between the passage member and the through-hole while not covering the floor or wall of the building, and is fixed to the floor or wall through the fixed support bracket and the fixing member and accordingly, the present invention is capable of significantly saving material costs while stably implementing a shielding function.

내화발포재 유닛이 개시된다. 본 발명의 내화발포재 유닛은, 통로 부재가 통과하도록 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 형성된 관통구를 차폐하는 것으로서, 가열시 팽창하여 상기 관통구를 막을수 있는 내화발포재와, 상기 내화발포재의 팽창시 상기 내화발포재가 상기 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 상기 내화발포재와 결합되며 내화 소재로 이루어지는 내화 망체를 포함하는 내화발포재부; 및 상기 내화발포재부에 결합되며, 상기 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 고정되어 상기 내화발포재부를 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 지지시킬 수 있는 고정지지 브래킷을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 내화발포재부가 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽을 커버하지 않는 상태로 통로 부재와 관통구 내벽 사이의 사이 영역과 대응하는 단면 형상을 갖도록 이루어지고 고정지지 브래킷과 고정 부재를 이용하여 이를 바닥 또는 벽에 고정함으로써, 획기적으로 재료비를 절감하면서도 차폐 기능을 안정적으로 구현할 수 있다.
