Method of manufacturing porous foam insulation board and porous foam insulation board manufactured thereby
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous foam insulation board and a porous foam insulation board manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, since a porous foam insulation board is manufactured by applying a paint having insulation, heat shielding, waterproofing, flame retardant, and non-combustible functions on the surface of a porous foam board, radiant energy (heat, cold) is prevented from being transferred through air flow from a painted side to a foam board side and the insulation, heat shielding, waterproofing, flame retardancy, and non-combustible functions are maximized when the porous foam insulation board is applied for construction or industrial purposes. Since polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether, which is an emulsifier, is melted and used in a process of producing an emulsion mixture in a manufacturing step of a paint with insulation, heat shielding, waterproofing, flame retardancy, and non-combustible functions, efficiency of a dispersion state for the paint can be increased and cracks can be stably prevented after hardening. Accordingly, durability of a surface part of the porous foam insulation board to which the paint is applied thereon can be increased and eco-friendliness of a product can be implemented according to application of water-dispersed polyurethane in a manufacturing process of a final paint product in a paint manufacturing step.
본 발명은 다공성 폼 단열보드의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 다공성 폼 단열보드에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 다공성 폼 보드의 표면에 단열과 차열, 방수, 난연 및 불연기능을 갖는 도료가 도포되어 다공성 폼 단열보드가 제조됨으로써 도료가 도포된 측으로부터 폼 보드 측으로 복사에너지(열기, 냉기)가 공기의 흐름을 통해 전달되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 건축용이나 산업용으로 적용시 단열과 차열, 방수, 난연 및 불연기능을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 하는 한편, 단열과 차열, 방수, 난연 및 불연기능을 갖는 도료 제조단계의 유화혼합물 제조과정에서 유화제인 폴리옥시에틸렌노닐페닐에테르를 녹여서 사용함으로써 도료에 대한 분산 상태의 효율을 높이면서 경화된 후의 균열을 안정적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 도료가 다공성 폼 보드의 표면에 도포된 다공성 폼 단열보드에 대한 표면 부분에 대한 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 아울러 도료 제조단계의 최종도료제품 제조과정에서 수분산 폴리우레탄이 적용되는 등에 따라 제품의 친환경성을 구현할 수 있는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous foam insulation board and a porous foam insulation board manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, since a porous foam insulation board is manufactured by applying a paint having insulation, heat shielding, waterproofing, flame retardant, and non-combustible functions on the surface of a porous foam board, radiant energy (heat, cold) is prevented from being transferred through air flow from a painted side to a foam board side and the insulation, heat shielding, waterproofing, flame retardancy, and non-combustible functions are maximized when the porous foam insulation board is applied for construction or industrial purposes. 본 발명은 다공성 폼 단열보드의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 다공성 폼 단열보드에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 다공성 폼 보드의 표면에 단열과 차열, 방수, 난연 및 불연기능을 갖는 도료가 도포되어 다공성 폼 단열보드가 제조됨으로써 도료가 도포된 측으로부터 폼 보드 측으로 복사에너지(열기, 냉기)가 공기의 흐름을 통해 전달되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 건축용이나 산업용으로 적용시 단열과 차열, 방수, 난연 및 불연기능을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 하는 한편, 단열과 차열, 방수, 난연 및 불연기능을 갖는 도료 제조단계의 유화혼합물 제조과정에서 유화제인 폴리옥시에틸렌노닐페닐에테르를 녹여서 사용함으로써 도료에 대한 분산 상태의 효율을 높이면서 경화된 후의 균열을 안정적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 도료가 다공성 폼 보드의 표면에 도포된 다공성 폼 단열보드에 대한 표면 부분에 대한 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 아울러 도료 제조단계의 최종도료제품 제조과정에서 수분산 폴리우레탄이 적용되는 등에 따라 제품의 친환경성을 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
