High-durable high vibration attenuation type earthquake prevention fender
The present invention relates to a high-durability and high-vibration-damping-type anti-vibration fender which is used in a port facility and has an improved vibration damping rate and durability. The fender used in the port facility comprises: a body in which a groove is formed on the side surface to be recessed inwards and an air is filled; and a legging cover which is installed in the groove and formed to cover the outer circumferential surface of the body, and to which both ends are coupled to each other and fixed. The body is made of a synthetic rubber material in which a carbon black is highly dispersed in natural rubber.
본 발명은 항만 시설에 사용되며 진동 감쇄율과 내구수명이 향상된 고고내구성 고진동감쇄형 제진 방현재에 관한 것으로, 항만 시설에 사용되는 방현재에 있어서, 측면에는 내측으로 함입되는 그루브가 형성되고, 내부에 공기가 충진되는 몸체 및 상기 그루브에 설치되되, 상기 몸체의 외주면을 덮도록 형성되며, 양끝단이 서로 결합되어 고정되는 레깅커버를 포함하며, 상기 몸체는 천연 고무(Natural rubber)에 카본블랙(Carbon black)이 고분산된 합성 고무 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
