In an insect screen assembly machine for inserting and fixing the corner of an insect screen (200) into the fixing groove of the corner of a window frame (100) forming an insect screen, the corner part press device of an insect screen comprises: three lifting stoppers (8) for fixing and supporting the front of a window frame so that the window frame does not move; centering units (9) for pressing and fixing the window frame in a width direction while being expanded and contracted by a motor (12); two pressing units (10) for pressing and fixing a rear side of the window frame so that the window frame does not move; and four pressing members (11) coupled to the centering units in a protrusion and recess manner, and for pressing and fixing only the corner of the insect screen to the fixing groove of the corner of the window frame while being movable in a longitudinal direction. Therefore, the corner part press device of an insect screen can mechanize and automate all the operations of inserting and fixing the corner of the insect screen into the fixing groove of the corner of the window frame, thereby greatly reducing labor costs compared to a conventional manual device for manually manufacturing an insect screen for an insect screen window, can dramatically increase the production speed of the product, thereby obtaining price competitiveness compared to that of other products, can achieve the uniform and excellent quality of the finished insect screen window compared to that by conventional manual work, and can fundamentally prevent product defects such as separation of the corner or rubber ring of the insect screen from the fixing groove of the window frame after the completed insect screen window is installed in a building.

본 발명은 방충망을 구성하는 창틀(100)의 모서리 부분 고정홈에 방충망(200)의 모서리 부분을 삽입 고정하는 방충망 조립기계에 있어서, 창틀이 움직이지 않도록 창틀의 앞쪽을 고정 지지하는 3개의 승강되는 스토퍼(8)와; 모터(12)에 의해 확개축소하면서 창틀의 폭방향을 눌러 고정하는 센터링 유니트(9)와; 창틀이 움직이지 않도록 창틀의 뒷쪽을 눌러서 고정하는 2개의 누름유니트(10)와; 상기 센터링 유니트에 요철결합되어 길이방향으로 이동 가능하면서 창틀의 모서리 부분 고정홈에 방충망의 모서리 부분만을 눌러서 고정하는 4개의 누름구(11)로 구성하여서 된 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 방충망의 모서리 부분 누름장치는, 창틀의 모서리 부분 고정홈에 방충망의 모서리 부분을 삽입하여 고정하는 작업을 모두 기계화 및 자동화할 수 있으므로, 종래의 수작업에 의한 방충창의 방충망 제조장치에 비해 인건비를 크게 절감하고, 제품의 생산속도가 획기적으로 증가하여 여타 제품에 비해 가격경쟁력을 갖출 수 있으며, 기존의 수작업에 비해 완성된 방충창의 품질이 균일하고 우수하며, 완성된 방충창이 건물에 설치된 후 창틀의 고정홈에서 방충망의 가장자리 부분이나 고무링이 빠져나오는 등 제품 불량을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
