According to the present invention, a supporting device of a non-disband mold assembly for a structural steel plate beam comprises: a plurality of reinforcing parts (11) in which a plurality of through holes (16) for filling concrete are formed, and on both sides of lower portions of which bent parts (15) are formed; reinforcing metals (18) fixed and coupled to both the sides of the lower portion of the reinforcing part (11) to support the pouring load of the concrete filled inside the reinforcing part (11); a plurality of yoke members (20) provided on both sides of a lower portion of a steel plate beam (17) in which the plurality of reinforcing parts (11) are installed, to support the load of the steel plate beam (17); and a plurality of fixing pins (30) fixed and coupled to the lower portions of the yoke members (20). Therefore, the pouring load of the concrete can be stably supported.
본 발명에 의한 무해체 구조용 강판 보 거푸집의 지지 장치는 콘크리트를 채우기 위한 관통홀(16)이 다수 관통 형성되고, 하부 양측에 굴곡진 절곡부(15)가 형성된 보강부(11), 상기 보강부(11)의 하부 양측에 각각 고정 결합되어, 상기 보강부(11)의 내측에 채워진 상기 콘크리트의 타설 하중을 지지하는 보강 철물(18), 상기 보강부(11)가 다수 설치된 강판 보(17)의 하부 양측에 다수 구비되어, 상기 강판 보(17)의 하중을 지지하는 멍에재(20) 및 상기 멍에재(20)의 하부에 고정 결합되는 다수의 고정핀(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

According to the present invention, a supporting device of a non-disband mold assembly for a structural steel plate beam comprises: a plurality of reinforcing parts (11) in which a plurality of through holes (16) for filling concrete are formed, and on both sides of lower portions of which bent parts (15) are formed; reinforcing metals (18) fixed and coupled to both the sides of the lower portion of the reinforcing part (11) to support the pouring load of the concrete filled inside the reinforcing part (11); a plurality of yoke members (20) provided on both sides of a lower portion of a steel plate beam (17) in which the plurality of reinforcing parts (11) are installed, to support the load of the steel plate beam (17); and a plurality of fixing pins (30) fixed and coupled to the lower portions of the yoke members (20). Therefore, the pouring load of the concrete can be stably supported.
본 발명에 의한 무해체 구조용 강판 보 거푸집의 지지 장치는 콘크리트를 채우기 위한 관통홀(16)이 다수 관통 형성되고, 하부 양측에 굴곡진 절곡부(15)가 형성된 보강부(11), 상기 보강부(11)의 하부 양측에 각각 고정 결합되어, 상기 보강부(11)의 내측에 채워진 상기 콘크리트의 타설 하중을 지지하는 보강 철물(18), 상기 보강부(11)가 다수 설치된 강판 보(17)의 하부 양측에 다수 구비되어, 상기 강판 보(17)의 하중을 지지하는 멍에재(20) 및 상기 멍에재(20)의 하부에 고정 결합되는 다수의 고정핀(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
