GLAZING BEAD ASSEMBLY AND GLASS CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a glazing bead assembly and a glass construction method using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a glazing bead assembly capable of obtaining sufficient adhesion to the glazing bead assembly and forming only a minimum load when the glazing bead assembly is inserted. According to the present invention, a glass fixing frame is mounted on a sash and has a connection groove on one side and a support unit for supporting glass on the other side. The glazing bead assembly blocks the gap between the glass and the glass fixing frame by being connected to the glass fixing frame. The glazing bead assembly includes: a glazing bead connected to the connection groove of the glass fixing frame, and pressurizing the glass toward the support unit while being in contact with an indoor side of the glass; and a gasket formed of at least two or more materials by dual extrusion, and blocking the gap between the glass fixing frame and the indoor side of the glass by being connected to the glazing bead.
글레이징 비드 조립체 및 이를 이용한 유리 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 글레이징 비드 조립체는, 창짝에 장착되고 일측에는 결합홈이 형성되며 타측에는 유리를 지지하기 위한 지지부가 형성되는 유리고정프레임 및 유리고정프레임과 결합되어 유리와 유리고정프레임 사이의 틈새를 막아주는 것으로서, 유리고정프레임의 결합홈에 결합되며, 유리의 실내측면과 접촉된 상태에서 유리를 지지부 측으로 가압하기 위한 글레이징 비드; 및 적어도 2가지 이상의 재질로 이중 압출 형성되며, 글레이징 비드에 결합되어 유리의 실내측면과 유리고정프레임 사이의 틈새를 막아주도록 마련된 가스켓을 포함한다.
