Provided is a skyscraper comprising: an upper structure; a lower structure located under the upper structure and fixed to the ground; an entrance formed at a position of 1/2 or less and 1/4 or more from the lower end of the upper structure; and a ramp connected to the entrance of the upper structure from a nearby road. The skyscraper may have a structure that is stable against dynamic loads even if it is raised high, regardless of the height of the building, so that it can be prepared for earthquakes or typhoons.
