The present invention relates to an attic structure of a multi-story studio apartment, in which a storage cabinet is installed on stairs leading an upper floor of a multi-story studio apartment to face a stair wall and an upper surface of the storage cabinet extends in connection with the bottom surface of the upper floor such that the extended space can be utilized widely as an available living space. The present invention relates to a multi-story studio apartment which includes a lower floor (9), as a main living space, and an upper layer (10) which is an attic that is as an auxiliary living space. The multi-story studio apartment comprises: a storage cabinet (4) forming a one-side stair wall (2) of stairs (1) leading to the upper layer and the other-side stair wall (3) of the stairs (1) vertically erected to face the one-side stair wall (2), and having a predetermined space capable of accommodating various items; an extended space (7) formed by horizontally connecting an upper surface (5) that is as wide as the space in the storage cabinet (4) and the top surface (6) of the stairs (1); and a handrail (8) installed on an outer edge of the extended space (7) and installed for the safety in the extended space (7).

본 발명은 복층형 오피스텔의 다락구조에 관한 것으로, 복층 오피스텔의 위층으로 올라가는 계단에 계단벽과 마주보도록 수납장을 설치함과 함께 수납장의 상면을 위층의 바닥면과 연계하여 확장함으로써 생활여유공간으로 더 넓게 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 주생활공간인 아래층(9)과 보조생활공간인 위층(10)의 다락으로 이루어지는 복층형 오피스텔에 있어서, 위층으로 올라가는 계단(1)의 일측계단벽(2)과 대향되게 수직으로 세워져 계단(1)의 타측계단벽(3)을 형성하며, 여러 가지 물품들을 수납할 수 있는 일정공간을 갖는 수납장(4)과, 상기 수납장(4)내의 공간만큼의 넓이를 갖는 상면(5)과 계단(1)의 맨윗면(6)을 수평으로 연계하여 형성되는 확장공간(7)과, 상기 확장공간(7)의 외측 테두리에 설치되어 확장공간(7)내의 안전을 위하여 설치되는 난간(8)으로 이루어진다.
