Cleaning apparatus for gate of seawater intake installment
The present invention relates to a sluice cleaning device for a seawater intake facility, wherein a pump facility (4) is provided in a pump chamber (3) into which seawater (1) is introduced by means of a sluice (7). A gate passage (8) is installed at the upper portion of the sluice (7). In particular, the present invention comprises: a main cleaning pipe (12) inserted by means of the gate passage (8); an air supply pipe (14) installed to be extended along the circumference of the main cleaning pipe (12); a high-pressure fluid supply pipe (17) which is extended along the circumference of the main cleaning pipe (12) and has a cleaning nozzle (18) provided at the lower end thereof; a high-pressure grinding pipe (20) which is extended along the circumference of the main cleaning pipe (12) to upwardly spray high-pressure air towards a lower end entrance (13) of the main cleaning pipe (12) to grind and remove debris blocking the entrance of the main cleaning pipe (12); and a camera (24) which is installed at the lower end of the main cleaning pipe (12) to film the lower bottom portion of the sluice (7). Therefore, debris may be efficiently discharged and removed.
본 발명은 해수취서시설의 수문청소장치로서, 수문(7)을 통해 바닷물(1)이 유입되는 펌프실(3)의 내부에 펌프설비(4)가 구비되며, 상기 수문(7)의 상부에는 게이트통로(8)가 설치되며, 게이트통로(8)를 통해 삽입되는 메인청소관(12)과, 상기 메인청소관(12)의 둘레를 따라 연장설치되어 에어공급관(14)과, 상기 메인청소관(12)의 둘레를 따라 연장되어 그 하단에는 세척노즐(18)이 구비된 고압유체공급관(17)과, 상기 메인청소관(12)의 둘레를 따라 연장되어 메인청소관(12)의 하단 입구(13)를 향해 고압에어를 상향분사하여 메인청소관(12) 입구를 막고 있는 이물질을 분쇄탈락시키는 고압분쇄관(20), 및 상기 메인청소관(12)의 하단에 설치되어 수문(7) 하부 바닥부를 촬영하는 카메라(24)를 포함한다.
