Disclosed are a non-casing micro pile construction method and a construction apparatus. According to the disclosed non-casing micro pile construction method and the construction apparatus, simultaneously with a ground drilling operation, a reinforcement film for holding a hollow wall corresponding to a casing for holding the hollow wall is formed on the entire hollow wall to be drilled, so that a micro pile can be constructed quickly. Therefore, there is economic feasibility in that a construction period can be shortened by omission of the number of work steps for constructing a conventional casing for holding the hollow wall, and a construction cost can be reduced. In addition, by omitting hammers and the like, pleasant working environment can be created without an influence of vibration and noise on surrounding structures.
