Structure for reinforcing foundation using steel piles and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a ground reinforcement structure using steel piles, and a construction method thereof. The ground reinforcement structure improves the bearing capacity of a steel pile by filling the inside and outside of the steel pile through an injection hole of the steel pile inserted into a drilled hole, and thus, allows the steel pile to be constructed by small equipment. Therefore, the ground reinforcement structure has little impact caused by interference of temporary earth retaining facilities during new construction, and does not require foundation boring during the reinforcement of existing foundations, thereby having excellent workability and shortening a construction period. The ground reinforcement structure using steel piles of the present invention includes: a drilled hole drilled into the ground; a steel pile inserted into the drilled hole and having a plurality of injection holes formed on an outer circumferential surface; an injection material injected to the outside of the steel pile through the injection hole of the steel pile, and filling the inside of the steel pile and a space between the drilled hole and the steel pile; and a head reinforcement provided at the top end of the steel pile to transmit a load of a foundation to the steel pile.
본 발명은 천공홀 내에 삽입되는 강관 파일의 주입공을 통해 강관 파일의 내외부에 주입재를 충전하여 파일 지지력을 향상시킴으로써 소형 장비에 의한 파일 시공이 가능하여 신축 공사시 흙막이 가시설의 간섭으로 인한 영향이 적고, 기존 기초 보강시 기초 보링이 필요 없어 시공성이 우수하고 공기를 단축할 수 있는 강관 파일을 이용한 지반 보강 구조 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 강관 파일을 이용한 지반 보강 구조는 지반에 천공되는 천공홀; 상기 천공홀 내에 삽입되는 것으로 외주면에 복수의 주입공이 형성된 강관 파일; 상기 강관 파일의 주입공을 통해 강관 파일의 외부로 주입되어 강관 파일 내부 및 천공홀과 강관 파일 사이 공간에 충전되는 주입재; 및 상기 강관 파일의 상단에 구비되어 기초의 하중을 강관 파일로 전달하는 두부 보강구; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
