The present invention relates to a frame structure for a safe door, which maintains airtightness between a door where a safety bar is installed and a fixed frame constituting a door frame and enhances assembly durability of a door hinge unit. The frame structure for a safe door according to the present invention comprises: a fixed frame installed in a vertical direction to correspond to a wall body and constituting the door frame; a vertical frame joined to one side of the fixed frame to be able to rotate and joined to a horizontal frame constituting the door; a hinge frame inserted into the vertical frame and having a hinge shaft in an upper part thereof; a finishing cap fixed to the upper part of the hinge frame; and a hinge unit including a fixing member having a head inserted into the hinge shaft and a body assembled into the upper part of the fixed frame; a safe frame installed in a vertical direction on an inner side of an end portion of the door; and a safety bar installed on the safe frame to be able to move after elastically assembled by a spring. Accordingly, airtightness between the door where the safety bar is installed and the fixed frame constituting the door frame is maintained to enhance sound-proof and wind-proof effects of the door.
본 발명은 안전 바가 설치되는 도어와 문틀을 이루는 고정프레임과의 기밀을 유지함과 아울러 도어 힌지부의 조립 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 세이프도어용 프레임 구조체에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 세이프도어용 프레임 구조체는 벽체에 대응되도록 수직방향으로 설치되어 문틀을 이루는 고정프레임, 상기 고정프레임의 일측에 회전가능하게 결합되면서 도어를 이루는 수평프레임과 결합되는 수직프레임, 상기 수직프레임에 삽입되고, 상부에 힌지축이 구비된 힌지프레임, 상기 힌지프레임의 상부에 고정되는 마감캡, 및 상기 힌지축에 삽입되는 헤드와 상기 고정프레임의 상부에 조립되는 몸체가 구비된 고정부재를 포함하는 힌지부, 상기 도어의 단부 내측에 수직방향으로 설치되는 안전프레임, 및 상기 안전프레임에 스프링을 통해 탄력적으로 조립되어 이동가능하게 설치되는 안전 바를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a frame structure for a safe door, which maintains airtightness between a door where a safety bar is installed and a fixed frame constituting a door frame and enhances assembly durability of a door hinge unit.
