A foldable bridge inspection passage system
The present invention relates to a collapsible bridge inspection passage system, and aims to quickly and firmly install a bridge inspection passage support frame structure for installing a bridge inspection passage at required angles according to wall surfaces of a pier of a bridge having wall surfaces of various angles. A collapsible bridge inspection passage comprises: a wall-mounted bracket having a certain length and fixed to a wall of the pier; a scaffolding bracket having one end fixedly coupled to the wall-mounted bracket and having a scaffolding member mounted on an upper surface thereof; and a handrail post erected and fixedly installed at the other end of the scaffolding bracket and supporting a plurality of handrails installed side by side with each other. In the collapsible bridge inspection passage, one end of the wall-mounted bracket, one end of the scaffolding bracket, the other end of the scaffolding bracket, and one end of the handrail post are hinged to each other into an assembly, wherein the assembly is folded based on the scaffolding bracket and stored or transported in the folded state in which the wall-mounted bracket is stacked on one side of the scaffolding bracket and the handrail post is stacked on the other end of the scaffolding bracket. During installation, after the wall-mounted bracket is first unfolded and fastened to the wall surface of the pier by bolts, the scaffolding bracket and the handrail post are sequentially rotated to be at the required angles and fixed by bolts.
본 발명은 절첩식 교량점검통로 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 다양한 각도의 벽면을 갖는 교량의 교각의 벽면에 따라 요구되는 각도로 교량점검통로를 설치하기 위한 교량점검통로의 지지프레임 구조를 신속하고 견고하게 설치할 수 있도록 하는 것이며, 그 구성은 일정한 길이를 갖고 교각의 벽면에 정착되는 벽면부착 브라켓과; 상기 벽면부착 브라켓에 일단이 고정 결합되고, 상면에 발판부재가 장착되는 발판 브라켓과; 상기 발판 브라켓의 타단에 세워져 고정 설치되고, 상호 나란하게 설치되는 복수개의 난간 레일를 지지하는 난간 포스트를 포함하는 교량점검통로에 있어서, 상기 벽면부착 브라켓의 일단부와 발판 브라켓의 일단부, 발판 브라켓의 타단부와 난간 포스트의 일단부는 각기 회동가능하게 힌지 결합된 어셈블리이며; 상기 어셈블리는 상기 발판 브라켓을 중심으로 벽면부착 브라켓이 발판 브라켓의 일면부 상에 적층되게 절첩되고, 난간 포스트가 발판 브라켓의 타면부 상에 적층되게 절첩된 상태로 보관 및 운반되고, 설치 시에 벽면부착 브라켓을 펼쳐 교각의 벽면 상에 볼트 장착시킨 후 발판 브라켓 및 난간 포스트를 순차적으로 회동시켜 요구되는 각도로 조절하여 볼트 고정하는 것을 특징한다.
A foldable bridge inspection passage system
